Our tour process begins with booking your job. After we book your job we typically will provide a one week window in which we will try to schedule your tours to be completed. Weather is one of our major concerns as we want to show your property at its best. It is not unusual for us to schedule some tours as many as six to eight months in advance if you are located in an area that is affected by winter conditions. On your photography date we will arrive at your location and commence production in accordance with your purchased package.
After production is completed, your tours will typically be posted within three to five business days. After your tours have been posted they will remain active for one year. If you are satisfied and would like to continue hosting your tours you may do so for an additional $50.00 per year. That’s it!
